Agentic Work Systems

A design paper on putting autonomous agents to work inside an organization without building new coordination machinery for them. Every organization already runs its work as a state machine — items moving through states, with assignment, artifacts, and a history — so agents are admitted as executors of a subset of its transitions, addressed through the same assignment primitive that addresses people. Gives the conditions of admission as a worker contract, and a deployment taxonomy of personal, team, and production agents distinguished by who holds the agent's instance.

Sovereign Intelligence Systems

An architecture paper describing a sovereign, self-hosted personal AI system: a hub-and-spoke design in which a single orchestrating agent composes small, single-purpose local services, with a deep look at the agent itself — its provider-agnostic loop, the object model that separates what the system ships from what an agent accrues, and the mechanisms by which agents persist, act autonomously, and collaborate.
