3.2 Optional Information

The only information that may leave your device is:

• AI Service Interactions: When you choose to connect to external AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.), you are sending data to these third-party providers. These providers act as independent data controllers and their use of your information is governed solely by their respective privacy policies. We do not control, store, or have access to any content sent to or received from these third-party AI services.
• Error Reports: If you choose to report errors, you may voluntarily include information about the issue to help us improve the Software.

3.3 License Verification

Ollie IDE integrates with our license verification service to verify your license key:

• What is collected: When you verify your license key, the following information is sent to our verification service: your license key, your email address (must match the email associated with your license), and application code ("ollie-ide" or similar)
• Purpose: License verification ensures that only authorized users can use Ollie IDE
• Data handling: License verification data is processed by our verification service. We do not store your files, code, or projects as part of license verification. License verification is a one-time or periodic check, not continuous monitoring.
• Retention: License verification records are retained for the duration of your license validity
• Your control: You can use Ollie IDE without license verification, but certain features may require a valid license

Since we do not collect your data:

• No Data Collection: We do not collect, analyze, or monetize your usage data
• No Tracking: We do not track your activities or behavior
• No Analytics: We do not use analytics services to monitor your use of the Software

• Ollama/LM Studio (Local): Data never leaves your device
• Remote Services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini): Your prompts and selected content are sent to these services according to their privacy policies
